Team TrainingRedline High Performance Hockey team training focuses on maintenance, recovery and enhanced player performance. Team training not only improves skating, skills and conditioning, it creates a stronger bond for the players. Each 60 minute session includes: gym, mini rink and skatemill. Players are assigned stations each session and are rotated throughout the season. Recommended team training is 1–2 sessions per month, from September to February. |
